The purpose of this qualitative research study is to interview male executives to determine why they don’t promote more women to positions of power. Yes, I know, they say we are too emotional. We would miss too much work because of sick kids, I’ve even heard them say women can’t be as tough as men. Well, what little they know. I know some really tough women. So, I would like to hear what male executives claim is the reason they don’t promote more women to positions of power within their corporations.
