The purpose of this qualitative research study is to interview male executives to determine why they don’t promote more women to positions of power. Yes, I know, they say we are too emotional. We would miss too much work because of sick kids, I’ve even heard them say women can’t be as tough as men. Well, what little they know. I know some really tough women. So, I would like to hear what male executives claim is the reason they don’t promote more women to positions of power within their corporations.

Good morning from Atlanta. Ever feel like submitting a shorthand paper? It just seems like so much work to write out everything. Of course, I don't/haven't, but I have been sorely tempted. Until I down about a gallon of coffee, I just can't tackle this.
Understanding and applying the TPB, TTM, SDT, and CT could help identify the SCG for FL and the need for organizational leaders to promote FE. For example, I could apply TPB and CT to situations such as SS in stores or online to help uncover the FBH of individuals. Researchers use the TTM to encourage individuals to change their behavior and actions, even though they may experience a setback with their FBP. Unlike TPB, researchers use TTM to assess a person’s desire to make a positive change towards outcomes by ICP, goals, and EP to adapt to process variations, increase self-efficiency, and improve temptation by balancing their DMA. Applying SDT to this study could help determine the factors associated with PWC regarding the TPB and the TTM (LaPorte et al., 2023). |
AuthorI’ve spent years roaming the internet—answering questions, calming panicked doctoral candidates, untangling research messes, and helping exhausted scholars find their way back to clarity. As a dissertation coach, I’ve walked alongside countless students through the messy, brilliant, overwhelming process of turning ideas into finished work. The Academically Exhausted Scribe is my first true home on the web—not a quick reply, a comment thread, or crisis advice in passing. This is where I finally get to write my way: honestly, humorously, and with full respect for the chaos that comes with academic life. I’m here for the tired, the brilliant, and the barely hanging on—for minds that won’t shut off and writers who keep showing up, even on the nights when the words feel heavy. ArchivesCategories |
